- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I use this store for Amazon returns. I spoke with the manager, Jessica, who spoke of Amazon shipping rules which simply do not exist. When I showed her the printed return instructions she simply disregarded the imaginary rules she had just cited and said it was store policy to charge money for dealing a package. Amazon was contacted and verified this is not the case and they will speak to this store. Poor customer, poor understanding of the rules a major shipping company uses, poor interaction.
